Refund policy
We will give a full refund of the price per pot if any plant is dead on arrival. Your responsibility is to take photos upon receipt of the package, and you must report the incident within 3 days. We strive to send the strongest, healthiest plant material, but if there is an oversight on our part, we don't want you to pay for it. Beyond that, we have no control over how you care for the plant and its placement, watering, or pest control and cannot make guarantees based on conditions our of our control. We cannot give refunds if you ordered the wrong plant or changed your mind., and we are not responsible for the treatment of the shipment by the carrier. No claims will be honored unless submitted in writing within 3 days of arrival.
